This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of JobSite Intel AI, part of Varshyl Inc. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

Permitted Uses

JobSite Intel AI is designed for legitimate business use in connection with construction, field operations, project documentation, insurance documentation, and related professional activities.

Legal and Compliance Violations

You may not use JobSite Intel AI to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Violate any individual's privacy rights
• Engage in or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or financial crime

Security and Integrity Violations

• Attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the platform
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, spyware, or any harmful software
• Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security research on the platform without prior written authorization from Varshyl Inc.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest data from the platform beyond normal API usage
• Interfere with the operation, integrity, or performance of the platform for other users

Content and Data Violations

• Upload content you do not have the legal right to use, including copyrighted materials you are not licensed to use
• Upload content depicting illegal activity or intended to facilitate it
• Submit knowingly false, fabricated, or fraudulent project records, documentation, or reports
• Record audio or video of individuals without obtaining required consent under applicable law
• Upload content containing personal information of others in violation of applicable privacy laws

Misuse of AI Features

• Attempt to use AI-generated outputs as certified professional opinions (legal, engineering, safety, insurance, or financial advice) without independent professional review
• Attempt to manipulate AI features to generate false or misleading documentation
• Use AI-generated reports as the basis for claims submissions without independent verification of accuracy

Harmful Conduct

• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual
• Impersonate Varshyl Inc., JobSite Intel AI, or any other person or entity
• Use the platform to transmit unsolicited commercial messages (spam)

Competitive Misuse

• Use platform data or outputs to build a competing service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code, algorithms, or trade secrets

Enforcement

Varshyl Inc. reserves the right to investigate potential violations of this policy. We may, in our sole discretion, issue a warning, suspend or terminate your account, remove content that violates this policy, or report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
