California Privacy Notice.

This California Privacy Notice is provided to California residents pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable California privacy laws.

This Notice supplements the JobSite Intel AI Privacy Policy at /privacy and applies to California residents only.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect

  • Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address, device ID) — Yes, collected.
  • Professional or Employment Information (company name, job title, role) — Yes, collected.
  • Commercial Information (service usage, project records) — Yes, collected.
  • Internet or Network Activity (usage logs, feature interactions, error reports) — Yes, collected.
  • Audio, Electronic, Visual, or Similar Data (voice recordings, photos, videos uploaded to the platform) — Yes, collected.
  • Inferences from Personal Information (AI-generated summaries, risk flags, project intelligence) — Yes, collected.
  • Sensitive Personal Information — None intentionally collected.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect Social Security Numbers, driver's license numbers, precise geolocation (beyond project address for weather correlation), financial account numbers, or health information.

Purposes for Collection and Use

We use personal information for:

  • Providing, operating, and improving the JobSite Intel AI platform
  • Generating AI-assisted field documentation and reports
  • Authenticating users and managing accounts
  • Sending service-related and transactional communications
  • Platform security and fraud prevention
  • Legal compliance and dispute resolution
  • Analytics and platform improvement (de-identified and aggregated)

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information within the meaning of the CCPA. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose personal information to service providers (subprocessors) to assist in platform operations, as described at /subprocessors. These disclosures are for legitimate business purposes and are covered by data processing agreements.

Your California Privacy Rights

Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, the purposes for collection, the categories of sources, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, contractual necessity, etc.). Account deletion can be initiated through the platform (Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account), subject to a 30-day grace period.

Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide an opt-out mechanism.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA, so this right does not currently apply.

Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your California privacy rights. Exercising these rights will not affect your access to or pricing of JobSite Intel AI.

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 10 days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information for third-party direct marketing purposes.
