Subprocessor List.

JobSite Intel AI, part of Varshyl Inc., uses the following third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to deliver the platform and its services.

This list reflects currently active subprocessors. We will update this page when material changes are made.

Cloud Infrastructure and Hosting

• Railway — Primary cloud hosting for API server, web application, database, and file storage. Location: United States.
• Netlify — Marketing website (jobsiteintelai.com) hosting and deployment. Location: United States.

AI and Machine Learning

• Anthropic (Claude) — AI narrative generation, field activity summarization, and AI-assisted report creation. Location: United States.
• OpenAI (Whisper) — Voice transcription, converting field audio recordings to text. Location: United States.

Authentication and Identity

• Apple (Sign In with Apple) — OAuth-based user authentication. Location: United States.
• Google (Sign In with Google) — OAuth-based user authentication. Location: United States.

Communications

• Resend — Transactional email delivery: report emails, system notifications, and administrative communications. Location: United States.

Monitoring and Reliability

• Sentry — Error monitoring, crash reporting, and performance tracking. Location: United States and global CDN.

Data and Enrichment

• Open-Meteo — Keyless, open-source weather data API for weather correlation on project logs. Location: Switzerland.

Typography

• Google Fonts — Web font delivery for the marketing site. Location: United States and global CDN.

Subprocessor Categories

In addition to named providers above, we may also use subprocessors in the following categories as the platform evolves:

• Payment processing and subscription management (planned for a future release)
• Backup and disaster recovery
• Analytics and usage measurement
• Accessibility testing and compliance

Planned Future Subprocessors

The following subprocessors are planned in connection with upcoming paid subscription features but are not yet active:

• RevenueCat — Mobile in-app subscription management (iOS and Android)
• Stripe — Web-based subscription billing (future enterprise plans)
